I absolutely loved the decor of the villa, it had a charming and cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and clean, and I appreciated the efforts made to make it accessible for senior people like myself. The hallways were wide enough for my walker, and there were plenty of handrails throughout the property to ensure safety. It made navigating around the hotel very convenient.

I would have appreciated if the children working there could provide more assistance to us senior guests. Although they were polite, I would have liked if they offered more help with carrying luggage or providing additional support when needed.

We had a lovely stay at Eureka! Calle El Roque, Urbanizacion La Caracola. The villa is in a great location, close to a shopping center and just a short 20-minute walk to the beach and strip. The pool area was warm and had comfortable loungers for up to four people. The villa itself had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. Manuel, our host, was fantastic and provided an excellent welcome pack. He was attentive and easy to reach, making sure our stay was enjoyable.
